   • Make a comprehensive list of all tasks, including all types of routines (Spiritual, Rest, Personal Care, Clothes & Linens, Maintenance, Food, etc.) and All rooms and spaces
   • Divide between daily (morning, afternoon, evening), weekly, biweekly, monthly, and seasonal
   • Delegate where needed
   • Identify the Basics versus the Extras
